Hi! My name is Sean and ever since I can remember,

I have loved the oyster. From my Mom's Rockefeller recipe, oyster farming,

and running a raw bar in Portland, I have spent years cultivating

an understanding for the oyster.

I created La Perle Salée to bring

the experience of a true Maine raw bar directly to your event.

We work directly with the oyster farmers in the state to provide the best quality all year round. As your ambassador to the Maine oyster,

I’ll share with you my personal favorites, and ensure you have

a memorable experience.
