Ever since I can remember,  I've been drawn

to the oyster.  From my Mom's Rockefeller recipe, to oyster farming, and running a raw bar in Portland,  I have cultivated an admiration for the oyster.


I created La Perle Salée to bring

the experience of a true Maine raw bar directly to

you.  We work directly with the oyster farms in the state to provide the best quality all year round. 


As your ambassador to the oyster,

we'll share our personal favorites, and ensure

you have a memorable experience.
